Called a closer place first and no answer, had to leave a message. Called Radon Done Right and Steve answered! Then he came out for an estimate within a couple days. Within days of that he was on site and did a great job. Even answered my emails with questions after coming out for the estimate and we made some minor changes to the location of the unit and pipes the day of installation, no problem at all. Works great and has the long term level at or below 1 on a regular basis according to the device I use. Highly recommend.
